Decent Pillow - Dont trust Brookstones reviews for it : BioSense Memory Foam Shoulder Pillow with Better Than Down Cover
I purchased 2 pillows, one for me and my girlfriend (from a brookstone store in a local mall). I have been using it for the last week and I sleep well on it, although it is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I wish it was a bit softer. I have to press down with my head on the pillow to get it to sink in a bit lower. My girlfriend says she tried to sleep on it but her head sits too high on it and it hurts her neck. She says it is way too firm and it is only good for watching TV and use as a support. (She also removed the plastic and now she is unable to return it) Other than it being a bit firm for myself the design and quality definitely seem up to snuff - no problems there. Overall I say it's a decent pillow, I'm hoping it will soften up a bit in time. I knocked a star off because the firm issue and took another star off because it may not be for everyone (like my girlfriend). Try to go to a Brookstone store as opposed to buying online so you can feel if this will be the right pillow for you. I TRIED TO PUT THIS SAME EXACT REVIEW ON BROOKSTONES WEBSITE AND THEY WILL NOT POST ANYTHING YOU DONT GIVE 5 STARS ON AND "ABSOLUTLY LOVE" THE PRODUCT. I AM DISTGUSTED THAT BROOKSTONE WOULD DO THAT AS I RELY HEAVILY ON REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING ITEMS. DO NOT TRUST BROOKSTONES REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
